Ryan Cassidy makes and does art stuff in Guelph, Ontario. His work is all over the place; stupid funny comics, big serious abstract geometric paintings, fun tabletop game designs, wild audiovisual performances and installations, eye-catching commercial designs, and so on.
This stuff tends to be dense and heady, crammed with detail, and showing a real affinity for complicated systems of organized information. He’s a Jack-of-all-trades who takes on projects which allow him to grow and find unique ways of engaging people. His motto is “No Job Too Fearsome” and he’s never turned down a gig for being outside his comfort zone. Although the work ranges from the compellingly commercial to the exceedingly weird, the goal's always the same: to make an impact and never be boring.
